This unit includes six "new generation" stainless steel modules (several combinations on demand) installed onto an off road trailer which can be towed by tactical prime mover and air lifted.
The standard version is very ergonomic and has two large MultiSert multifunction kettles, a big CombiSert combined oven, a DuoSert fan assisted oven with hot plate on top, a large sink with a hand wash basin and a water super heater, a storage module for dishes GN 1/1 as well as several drawers and work tables.
The unit is fully autonomous with its own power set and SERT's high efficiency multi liquid fuel burners that ensures the fast rise in temperature.
Four folding walkways covered by four corresponding awnings form a perfect shelter for the weather and a 14 m² work area well above the ground (70 cm).
A complete catering complex can be set up by coupling side by side the kitchen trailer with the refrigeration trailer and the bakery trailer.
